Terms of service.

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Everyday AI Tuts at everydayaituts.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site. You can reach us at contact@everydayaituts.com.

What this site is

Everyday AI Tuts publishes reviews of AI software and step-by-step tutorials for using it. Everything here is general information published for a general audience. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Decisions about what to buy and how to use it remain yours.

Affiliate links

Many of the links to tools on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the vendor pays us a commission and you pay the same price you would have paid anyway. Commissions never change a score, a ranking, or which tool a tutorial is built around, and plenty of the tools we rate highest pay us nothing. Read the full disclosure.

Accuracy, and why it expires

AI tools change faster than almost any software category. Prices rise, free tiers close, features are renamed and interfaces are rebuilt — sometimes within weeks of an article being published. We re-run published workflows to catch that drift and date every article accordingly, but we cannot promise that what you see on a vendor’s site today matches what we saw when we tested.

Always confirm current pricing and terms with the vendor before you buy. If you hit a step that no longer matches your screen, tell us — that is how these guides stay usable, and we would rather hear it from you than not.

Third-party tools and websites

We do not operate, own or control any of the tools we write about. Your use of them is governed by their terms and their privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for their content, availability, billing, data handling, or for any loss arising from your use of them.

Our content

The writing, reviews, tutorials, images, and structure of this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote a short extract for commentary, criticism, or news reporting with clear attribution and a link back to the page you took it from.

You may not republish articles in whole or in substantial part, reproduce them on another site, or use them to train a machine learning model, without written permission. Screenshots of third-party tools remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for other readers;
  • attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its hosting, or its administration that is not publicly available;
  • introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it; or
  • misrepresent our content as your own, or imply we endorse you, a product, or a service when we have not.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we use your email address to send the newsletter and nothing else. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. See the privacy policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of any tool written about on it — including lost profits, lost data, or money spent on a subscription that did not suit you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that counts as accepting the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Everyday AI Tuts is operated. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first — which is almost always the faster route — it will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
