How this site makes money — in plain language, with nothing buried.
The short version
Everyday AI Tuts is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy a subscription, the company pays us a commission. You pay exactly the same price — commissions come out of the vendor’s marketing budget, never out of your pocket.
What we will never do
- Sell a higher ranking. No vendor can pay to appear higher in a list or to raise a score. Several tools we rate most highly pay us nothing at all.
- Hide the commercial relationship. Every page with affiliate links carries a disclosure above the first link.
- Recommend something we have not used. If we have not tested a tool properly, we say so rather than guessing.
- Delete criticism for money. Vendors do not get to review or approve our articles before publication.
How we choose what to review
We pick tools based on what readers ask about and what is genuinely gaining traction — not on which programs pay best. When two tools are close, we say so and explain who each one suits, rather than forcing a winner.
How we test and write
We pay for our own subscriptions and use each tool on real work for at least a couple of weeks before writing. Scores cover ease of use, output quality, value for money and support. We re-check pricing regularly, and each review shows the date its pricing was last verified.
Tutorials come out of the same work. We only publish a step-by-step for a workflow we actually run, and we re-run it against the current interface when a vendor changes things — which in this industry is often. A tutorial linking to a paid tool is still just a tutorial: the steps do not change because a program pays better.
Accuracy and pricing
AI tools change their pricing and features constantly. We verify prices when we publish and re-check them periodically, but the vendor’s own pricing page is always the authority. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
